Christine Tuazon

    Christine Tuazon is one of the Lead Nurse Site Operations at the Luton and Dunstable Hospital NHS Foundation Trust. Christine is one of the many Filipino Nurses that was employed by the Trust 20 years back. Her background in general medicine and assessment unit has given her the vision and knowledge to understand the operational work within the Hospital. Christine managed the day-to-day bed management and operational issues in the control room which is the operational facility within the Trust. As a Lead Nurse, there are instances that she has to take the role of Silver Command, which means she will be the site coordinator for all major incidents. The patient flow team, which she managed ensures that patient’s journey through the hospital is carried out safely and in a timely manner. It is all about patient’s experience and making sure they have the best outcome.
